Belize in You is a natural skincare brand created by Raquel Battle. The line is formulated with clean ingredients that are ethically sourced from the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan mountains of Belize. A main ingredient used in Belize in You products is seaweed. Seaweed is a great skincare ingredient for acne prone skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties fight white heads, blackheads, and cystic acne.
This cleaner contains one of my favorite skincare ingredients, Rosehip Oil. Rosehip oil is known for its anti aging abilities. What I loved most about this cleaner was that it left my skin feeling clean, but not dry. Struggling with oily skin it is very important that cleansers do not strip the skin because you may cause an excess about of sebum to produce. This cleaner gives you the best of both worlds. It fights acne with seaweed and keeps the skin glowing and youthful with its rosehip.
Sometimes we neglect the importance of a good toner in our everyday skincare routine. I often forget the benefits of using one. I usually opt for a hydrating toning mist. I’m glad I decided to start using a toner and cleaning pad again because I found some left over makeup residue. This toner calms and prepares the skin for your moisturizer. Since using it I have noticed less whiteheads around the areas of my skin where the pores clog the most. I apply it to my face after cleaning with reusable cotton rounds.
Bathing in the sea has many health benefits including strengthening the immune system, circulates blood flow, and improves the texture and tone of the skin. This seaweed soap brings you back to the beach! It contains seaweed which will fight off any pore clogging bacteria thats lingering on the skin without leaving it dry. It contains Shea Butter so its ultra moisturizing. This soap is perfect for those who experience body acne and dryness. I love ending the day with this soap. It fills my bathroom with scent of the Caribbean.
